hello@bestlaserengraverlab.com — I read everything and reply to most things within two working days.
What's useful to send
- Corrections. A spec that changed, a model that has been superseded, a software compatibility note that is out of date. Include a link to the source if you have one and I will update the page and the changelog.
- Questions about which machine to buy. Tell me the materials, the thickest thing you want to cut, where the machine will live and whether it has to be enclosed. Those four facts answer most questions.
- Machines worth adding. Especially anything new that is not on the ranking yet.
- Things that went wrong. Owner reports are how the problem sections on review pages get written.
What I don't accept
- Paid placements, sponsored rankings, or “partnership” proposals that involve changing an order.
- Guest posts and link insertions.
- Pre-written review copy. If a brand sends a machine, I write the page and the arrangement is disclosed at the top of it.
Press and brands
Manufacturers are welcome to send corrections, documentation and material charts — that is genuinely helpful and makes the site more accurate. Send those to the same address and mark them clearly.
This site is run by one person alongside a working shop. If a reply takes longer than two days it
is because something is on the machine, not because the email was ignored.
